If your firm uses an AI notetaker like Jump, Zocks, Hazel, Contio, or GReminders for meetings, CurrentClient can bring it into your phone calls too. There are two ways, and you can use either or both:

CurrentClient doesn't write the notes itself. Your notetaker does, in its own app, and CurrentClient keeps a link back to the meeting so you can jump straight to them.

For a summary written by CurrentClient, see AI call summaries. The two work well together: the call summary gives you a quick recap inside CurrentClient, and your notetaker gives you the full notes and follow ups in the tool your team already lives in.

This works with any notetaker that gives you a dedicated phone number to add to calls. It's set per phone number, in the web app.

Step 1. Open the phone number

Go to Settings, then Inboxes, click the number, and open the AI Notetaker tab.

Step 2. Pick your notetaker

Under Notetaker, choose Jump, Zocks, Hazel, Wealthbox, or Other. This is just so your team can see which one it is.

Step 3. Enter its number

Under Phone number, enter the dedicated number your notetaker listens on. You'll find it in the notetaker's own settings.

Step 4. Choose automatic or on demand

Turn on Auto-conference notetaker to add it to every call on this number as soon as the call connects. Leave it off to add it only when you want.

Step 5. Save

Click Save.

Once a number is saved, every call on that line shows an Invite button for your notetaker in the call panel, whether or not auto-conference is on. Tap it to bring the notetaker in mid-call, and it shows as "on the call" once it has joined. You can remove it again the same way.

Note: The notetaker doesn't count as a person on the call, so inviting it doesn't turn a one to one call into a conference. Whether you need to tell the other party is a compliance question for your firm. See call recording for how the recording announcement works.

This works with Contio and GReminders, and needs call recording turned on for the number.

Step 1. Connect the notetaker

Go to Settings, then Integrations, choose Contio or GReminders, and click Connect. You'll sign in to the notetaker to approve the connection.

Step 2. Send a call

After a recorded call, open it from your calls list or the conversation and click Push to Notetaker, or use the AI Notetaker card in the call details and click Send to your notetaker.

Step 3. Pick a meeting (GReminders only)

GReminders asks which meeting the recording belongs to. Choose one of the contact's recent or upcoming meetings, or Send as a new meeting.

Once sent, the call shows a small notetaker avatar and a Synced notetaker meetings list. Click either to open the meeting in your notetaker.

GReminders can send recordings automatically. Open the GReminders integration and turn on Call Recordings to send every completed recording without pushing each one. Turn on Known Contacts Only to skip calls from numbers that aren't in your contacts.

GReminders connections are personal. Each teammate connects their own account, and recordings go to the account of the person who sends them.

The integration is set up and used from the web app. The mobile app doesn't show notetaker controls yet.
