Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to upgrade to get more messages?
Nope. Our plans are designed to fluctuate as your needs change. The best strategy is to find the plan that you will be under the credit limit more often than not. That will keep your monthly low and then you can just use the overflow usage credit to handle your spike in messages.
Can I send media in messages?
Yes! It will count the same as a regular message.
Do you have any team discounts?
If you have a team and want to purchase multiple subscriptions, we are happy to work out a volume discount for you.
What counts as a mass message?
A mass message is equal to 1 text message to 1 person. So for example, if you have 100 clients and you send a mass message out to all of them, that is 100 mass messages.
The text can be of any length.
Am I charged for 1-1 or inbound messages?
Any inbound message from your client is free and any response to them if sending 1-1. You are only charged extra when you are sending out a mass text.
Do you have iOS and Android apps?
Yes, the apps are available to use with the purchase of a subscription.
