9. AI & Data Usage
Some features may use artificial intelligence to provide functionality such as summaries, suggestions, or automation.
- We do not use your data to train general-purpose AI models.
- We may process your data using AI systems solely to provide and improve the Services. Data received from Google APIs is handled only as described in Section 10 below.
- AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you are responsible for reviewing them before use.
10. Google API Services and Google Workspace Data
CurrentClient's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The use of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, and to the Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy.
- We use Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing features that are visible and prominent in CurrentClient, such as features you enable by connecting your Google account (for example, Google Contacts, Google Calendar, or Google Drive).
- We do not use, transfer, or sell Google user data, including raw, aggregated, anonymized, or derived data, to create, train, or improve foundational or generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Where AI features process Google Workspace data, that data is processed only to deliver the feature to you and is not used to train models by us or our AI service providers.
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve user-facing features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice to users.
- We do not use or transfer Google user data for serving advertisements, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising, and we do not sell Google user data.
- We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific data, it is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), it is required to comply with applicable law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
11. Cookies & Online Advertising
When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email or home address. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email addresses.
