Search now returns matching conversations across both open and closed threads together, ordered correctly by recent activity so it’s easier to find the latest customer context in one place.
ImprovementCarrier Calling Preference Across Devices
Carrier calling can now be stored as an account preference instead of only on a single device, making the setting more consistent across web and mobile.
NewCall Recordings Stored on MedicarePRO Records
Call recordings can now be saved to the MedicarePRO client record, improving recordkeeping and making it easier for teams to review call history inside their connected system.
NewMissed Call Alerts No Longer Trigger on Outbound Calls
Fixed an issue where unanswered outbound calls could appear as missed-call alerts, reducing confusion and making call notifications more accurate.
FixAI Agent Call Handoff Reliability
Fixed a reliability issue that could cause AI-handled calls to disconnect shortly after answering, improving fallback behavior and call continuity.
