CurrentClient now supports full caller id lookup as a fallback when we don't have the caller's record in your CRM.

We’ve heard your top request loud and clear: group messaging! Now you can start a conversation and easily include multiple people in the same thread, all at once. We’re super excited about this feature because it helps you support households way better — we hope you love it as much as we do.
We’ve also kept the link between households from your CRM (where it makes sense) and display that in the app to make it even easier to create the group messages. And we will keep adding to this—we’ve got more on the way that will involve group messaging!
Porting a number is now really simple with our port request page!

Custom ring ordering
You can now set custom ring ordering for incoming calls! And it very simple to setup... just drag and drop to sort who should get ringed first.
You now have 3 options for how to handle incoming calls:
1) All at once
2) Custom ring order
3) Random

• Team Ring Order: Configure and prioritize ring order for your team.

New Wealthbox sync options
We improved the integration with Wealthbox. You can now bring in your contact roles via a CurrentClient custom field.
- Contact roles. You can now have the contact roles brought in, this is nice for additional segmentation
- Inactive status. If you want to bring over inactive contacts, you can now do that
- Task url. If you create a task from CurrentClient we now include the URL back to the conversation the task came from for quick navigation.
Schedule message with quick options
We have made it easier to quickly pick a time for a scheduled message to go out.
New conversation drafts
It is now easier to start a new conversation and if you want, you can now schedule a message for a brand new conversation
Tracking "last contacted time"
We now track the last contact time on a client, so you can see who might be due for a quick checkin.
Improved video creation
We made it easier to get a video in CurrentClient. You can now use a Loom video url, upload an existing video, or record right in our app.
Redtail UpgradesWe are making the data flow even better for Redtail users.- Contact category. This now flows in as a tag.- Keywords. We add this as tags on the CurrentClient side now.- Profile images. Data looks best with pictures, we now pull in the clients picture if its available in Redtail.
Improved notifications setup
We have a pretty robust notifications setup, but sometimes it's too much. We have made it easier to get a notifications with our quick create options.
Medicare Pro UpgradesWe are making the data flow even better for MedicarePro users.- Preferred Language Tag. Now the language they prefer shows as a tag in CurrentClient so you can send different messages for different languages very easily.- Inbox Notes. We can now read notes from MedicarePro and display them in the inbox for you.- Policy Tags. A clients policy information now shows as a tags, with additional information, such as the year the policy was added and what type of policy they have.- ALL CAPS auto formatted. In case you like writing in all caps for names, we will format them on the CurrentClient side so it looks better in a text message.- Gender Tags. A clients gender information will not be a tag in CurrentClient you can use to filter on.

Sync any contact immediately
We have a powerful data sync that runs in the background everyday. However, you may need a contact to come in right away, so now you can search your CRM database directly and choose to sync a contact over. It's like a shortcut sync when you need it.
