What does the Practifi integration do?
Contacts sync from Practifi into CurrentClient every morning, and calls and texts are written back to the contact as notes. On a contact in CurrentClient you can also read the notes that exist in Practifi.
Practifi runs on Salesforce, so connecting works the same way. Read connect your CRM first for how syncing works. This guide covers the Practifi specifics.
How do I connect Practifi?
The account owner does this once, in the web app.
Step 1. Open CRM sync
Go to Settings, then CRM sync, open Choose a CRM, and pick Practifi.
Step 2. Enter your subdomain
Practifi is hosted on Salesforce, so the form asks for the first part of your Salesforce address. If you sign in at myfirm.my.salesforce.com, enter myfirm.
Step 3. Sign in and approve
Click Connect. You'll sign in, approve the connection, and come back to CurrentClient. "Connection is live" means it worked.
Each teammate then goes to Settings, then CRM and clicks Connect under Practifi to link their own login, so their activity syncs under their name.
What syncs?
All contacts. Every contact in the org syncs.
Activity back to Practifi. Calls and daily text summaries go on the contact as notes, per your Sync Options.
On a contact in CurrentClient you can read their Practifi notes alongside their calls and texts.
What if it stops syncing?
When you see Action needed at the top of the app, open the CRM sync page and click Relink connection to sign in again.
