How do I set it up?#

Setup is straightforward depending on what you need:

For notifications#

Go to integrations

Navigate to your integrations settings

Enable Slack

Find Slack in the list and toggle it on

Authenticate

Choose notifications

Select which events you want sent to Slack (texts, calls, voicemails)

Set up Slack notifications

Configure which alerts go to Slack

For SMS archiving#

Go to archiving settings

Navigate to your archiving settings

Select Slack channel

Choose the Slack channel where you want messages archived

Save settings

Enable archiving and save your configuration

Set up SMS archiving

Archive all messages to a Slack channel
