The Text Us widget is an embeddable button you can add to your website that lets visitors start a text conversation with you. When someone clicks it, they're prompted to send a text message that goes straight to your inbox. It's a frictionless way to get people off your website and into a real conversation.

Setting it up#

Grab the widget code snippet from your workspace settings, then add it to your website. Here's how to do it on a couple of popular platforms:

Log in to Wix

Head over to your Wix dashboard.

Open Settings

Click Settings on the left-hand panel.

Go to Custom Code

Scroll down and click Custom Code.

Add the code snippet

Click Add Code under the Head section, then paste your Text Us widget code snippet.

Apply your changes

Click Apply to save.

It can take a few minutes for the widget to appear on your live site.
