Have your most recent Intulse billing statement ready - you'll need information from it.
What you'll need#
On your billing statement or in the Intulse portal under account settings.
Not required. Use your account number instead if a field asks for a PIN.
Name and address (get from your Intulse billing statement or portal)
No PIN needed. Intulse does not issue a Port Out PIN. If our port request form (or any other carrier's form) requires one, enter your Intulse account number in that field instead - Intulse confirmed this is the correct value to use.
Step-by-step process#
Get Account Number
- Look on your most recent Intulse billing statement, or log in to the Intulse portal and check your account settings.
Skip the PIN
- Intulse does not provide a Port Out PIN. If you're asked for one, use your Intulse account number instead.
Get Account Info
- Get the account name (either a person's name or a business name) and address from your billing statement or the Intulse portal.
- Make sure you provide this information to us EXACTLY as it appears in order to prevent rejections by Intulse.
Get Authorized Representative Info
- Find out who is authorized to port out the phone number, and get their full name and email address.
Submit Port In Request
- Once you have gathered all of this information, submit your port in request and we'll get working on it.
- Enter your Intulse account number for the PIN field since Intulse does not use PINs.
Things to keep in mind#
- Be sure to keep your Intulse account active until the entire porting process is complete.
- If a rejection comes back asking for a "Port Out PIN," double-check that the account number was entered in that field - that's expected with Intulse.
