Step-by-step process#

Contact MyRepChat Support
- Reach out to MyRepChat support and request your account number and PIN.
- MyRepChat does not include these on billing statements, so you must contact them directly.

Take Screenshot
- Take a screenshot of the MyRepChat dashboard.
- This will be what you upload as the billing statement.

Submit Port In Request
- Once you have gathered all of this information, submit your port in request and we'll get working on it.
Things to keep in mind#
- Be sure to keep your MyRepChat account active until the entire porting process is complete.
- If your MyRepChat account uses Twilio as the underlying phone carrier, you can enter 0000 as the PIN instead of requesting one from support.
