Updated September 6, 2026

What is Slack?#

Slack is a team communication platform that brings all your conversations, files, and tools together in one place. It's where work happens for millions of teams worldwide.

How CurrentClient works with Slack#

You can use CurrentClient with Slack in two powerful ways:

1. Real-time notifications#

Get instant alerts in Slack when important events happen:

  • Incoming messages from clients
  • New voicemails
  • Missed calls

Your team stays informed without constantly checking the CurrentClient app.

2. Complete SMS archiving#

Archive all SMS activity to a dedicated Slack channel:

  • Every inbound message
  • Every outbound message
  • Full conversation history in one searchable place
