How does Google Vault journaling work?#
Google Workspace can journal incoming email to a third-party mailbox or to Google Vault, the retention and eDiscovery tool included with Business Plus and Enterprise editions. CurrentClient sends your messages to your Workspace journal address so they land in Vault alongside your firm's email.
What you'll need#
The journal destination email address configured in your Google Workspace admin console. If you haven't set up journaling yet, your Workspace admin can configure it under Apps then Google Workspace then Gmail then Compliance.
Connect Google#
Open the Google setup screen and paste in your journal address.
