What is XY Archive?#
XY Archive is the in-house archiving tool from XY Planning Network, the network of fee-only RIAs. It captures email, social media, and website content for SEC Rule 204-2 and 17a-4 books and records compliance, and is bundled into XYPN membership for member firms.
What you'll need#
The email address that XY Archive is monitoring on your behalf. You can find it in your XY Archive dashboard or ask the XYPN team.
Seeing an email for every archived message? That's how archiving works. Add a filter so the copies skip your inbox: inbox filters for archive email.
Connect XY Archive#
Open the XY Archive setup screen and paste in your monitored email address.
