Who is MessageWatcher?#
MessageWatcher has archived electronic communications for regulated firms since 2004, with a heavy focus on financial services. The platform captures email, text, social media, WhatsApp, and collaboration tools like Teams and Slack into a single archive aligned with SEC, FINRA, and MiFID II.
What you'll need#
Your MessageWatcher journal destination email address. You can find it in your MessageWatcher portal or ask your MessageWatcher account team.
Connect MessageWatcher#
Open the MessageWatcher setup screen and paste in your journal address.
